I would like to say a big WELL DONE to all the children in year six who put such a lot of effort into their SAT’s this week. I feel very proud of you all.

This mum would like to say thank you to the staff at school who have managed to get the best out of our midget without causing stress levels to soar to unnecessary levels. We have known it has been SATs week and she has been nervous on occasion but each day (even Wednesday – reading day) she has not worried about going to school and has been positively cheerful afterwards.
Thanks again. We are looking forward to next term and the show now!!

Thank you, midget mum. I am pleased that midget has been so positive and cheerful. There was a great atmosphere last week, with the children working their best but without getting too ‘wound up’. I am also pleased that all the children managed to deal well with the stress they may have faced and that over all we managed to keep it to a minimum.
Sure, SAT’s are important, but happy, well-balanced children are more so!
